A comprehensive 5 week course for your forth trimester, with sessions on wellbeing, sleep, feeding, baby development, and so much more!

What's covered?

  • Your birth. How to process it, where to go for extra support, what to do to aid physical recovery

  • Sleep & rest. What's normal for baby sleep, how to maximise your own sleep, and what to expect going forward

  • Looking after yourself. Postnatal nutrition, tips to get the most out of mat leave, discounts on local services & activities

  • Feeding. Breast / bottle / mixed - how to do it well, and meet your own feeding goals. Links with local support

  • Play and development. Learning the basics of childhood development and how we can support reaching milestones
